It is easy to become a CMBA Member:

1. Download and print the Membership Form from the Membership PDF.

2. Mail the completed form to the CMBA Post Office Box noted on the form. (Please make sure you INCLUDE your Membership Dues
of $50.00 BEFORE mailing and that the check is made out to the CMBA.)

3. Signing up additional businesses are $10.00 each. Please submit an ADDITIONAL Membership Form for EACH business.

NOTE (New this year): Paid Memberships are from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year.
